| 1. Tube | The tube is the part that comes into contact with the rubber belt. It is made of seam steel pipe (ST37-2, SS400). The length can be cut according to customer requirements. |
| 2. Shaft | The shaft supports all other components. The shaft end with flat is for mounting onto the roller frame. The shaft is made of S45C steel. |
| 3. Bearing Housing Cup | The bearing housing cup is a tube that is press-formed to accommodate the bearing and other internal components. The press-forming process is carried out with high precision to ensure proper fit with the bearing, seals, and other assembled parts. |
| 4. Outer End Cap | The outer end cap fits tightly against the bearing housing to prevent dust, moisture, and foreign objects from entering the bearing housing cup. |
| 5. Shaft-Fitted End Cap | The shaft-fitted end cap is assembled tightly onto the shaft to prevent dust, moisture, and foreign objects from entering through the shaft opening. |
| 6. Dome Washer | The dome washer is assembled between the shaft-fitted end cap and the outer shaft locking ring. It functions similarly to a spring, providing outward pressure on the outer shaft locking ring and inward pressure on the inner end cap to ensure a tight fit. |
| 7. Outer Shaft Retaining Ring | The outer shaft retaining ring functions to secure various components within the bearing housing cup. |
| 8. Inner Labyrinth Seal (Male) | The inner labyrinth seal, or male labyrinth seal, is used to prevent dust, moisture, and foreign objects. It must be assembled together with the outer labyrinth seal (female type). The inner labyrinth seal fits tightly onto the shaft and is designed with an extended contact length to effectively prevent contaminants from passing through. |
| 9. Outer Labyrinth Seal (Female) | The outer labyrinth seal, or female labyrinth seal, is assembled together with the inner labyrinth seal. It fits tightly with the bearing housing cup and is designed with an extended contact length against the housing to prevent dust, moisture, and foreign objects from entering. Both inner and outer labyrinth seals are made of Nylon 6 due to its high strength, high temperature resistance, and low friction surface. |
| 10. Inner Shaft Retaining Ring | The inner shaft retaining ring functions to secure and position the bearing along the shaft axis. |
| 11. Ball Bearing | The bearing used is a deep groove ball bearing with rubber dust seals, such as 6204-2RS. The dust seals provide an additional layer of protection in case the sealing system is damaged or deteriorated. |
| 12. Inner Support Seal | The inner support seal supports the bearing against the base of the bearing housing. The center is designed to fit tightly onto the shaft. The inner support seal is made of Nylon 6, which has a low-friction surface to reduce friction between the seal and the shaft while the roller is rotating. |
